Your expertise will be essential in managing safeguarding enquiries and assessments under the Care Act 2014. You will drive positive outcomes for adults at risk through risk management and team-oriented efforts with partner agencies. This position requires a passionate qualified committed to making a difference in safeguarding practices and policies.

Key Responsibilities:
• Undertake complex Section 42 Safeguarding Enquiries
• Promote Making Safeguarding Personal principles
• Manage a high-risk caseload effectively




• Complete social care assessments and reviews
• Conduct Mental Capacity Assessments under the Mental Capacity Act 2005

Requirements:
• Skilled Social Work qualification (MA, BA, BSc)
• Registration with Social Work England required
• Significant adult social care experience
• Proven safeguarding enquiry experience
• Strong knowledge of adult safeguarding legislation
