Requirements

- College or CEGEP education
- 1-2 years of relevant experience
- Retail, supervisory, or management experience
- Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills
- Ability to supervise staff and manage daily operations
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities

- Manage and coordinate daily store operations




- Supervise staff and assign duties
- Prepare staff schedules and determine staffing needs
- Recruit, train, and supervise employees
- Manage inventory, merchandise, and purchasing
- Monitor sales, expenses, and store performance
- Develop and implement marketing strategies
- Handle customer concerns and operational issues
- Oversee payroll administration
- Conduct employee performance reviews
- Maintain a positive and customer-focused store environment
