About the Role

Just Cozy is looking for a motivated, organized, and customer-focused Store Manager to oversee daily store operations, lead our team, and drive sales performance. The ideal candidate is a strong leader who takes initiative, leads by example, and ensures the store operates efficiently while providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
- Drive sales and work toward achieving sales targets.
- Provide excellent customer service and handle customer concerns professionally.
- Recruit, train, schedule, supervise, and motivate Sales Associates.
- Ensure employees follow company policies and complete assigned tasks.
- Manage cash handling, cash counts, deposits, and daily sales records.
- Oversee inventory, shipments, stock replenishment, and inventory counts.
- Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising standards.
- Monitor employee attendance, punctuality, and performance.
- Communicate sales results, staffing concerns, and operational updates to management.




- Identify operational issues and take appropriate action to resolve them.

Qualifications

- Previous retail experience required; management experience preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Excellent customer service and sales abilities.
- Attention to detail, especially with cash handling and inventory.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Reliable, skilled, accountable, and able to work independently.

What We’re Looking For We are looking for someone who takes ownership of the store, leads by example, holds the team accountable, and ensures daily operations run smoothly. The successful candidate will be proactive, dependable, and committed to achieving sales goals while maintaining high standards.

Pay: $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
