Responsibilities

- Lead and supervise all store operations, ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning and adherence to company policies.
- Recruit, train, and develop team members to foster a motivated, skilled, and customer-focused workforce.
- Manage sales targets by implementing effective sales management strategies and motivating staff to achieve goals.
- Oversee merchandising, pricing, and inventory purchasing to maximize product visibility and profitability.
- Handle payroll processing, cash handling, cashiering duties, and maintain accurate bookkeeping records.
- Utilize POS (Point of Sale) systems efficiently for transactions, returns, and inventory updates.
- Develop marketing initiatives within the store to attract customers and promote special offers or new products.
- Maintain excellent communication with staff through regular meetings and coaching sessions; ensure high standards of phone etiquette and customer service.
- Monitor budget adherence, perform organizational tasks efficiently, and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
- Conduct performance evaluations, interviews,



and training sessions to support team development and ensure high standards of retail management.

Qualifications

- Proven supervising or store management experience in a retail environment with strong leadership skills.
- Demonstrated expertise in retail sales, merchandising, pricing strategies, and sales management techniques.
- Excellent communication skills; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customer bases.
- Strong organizational skills with proficiency in administrative tasks such as bookkeeping, payroll processing, and inventory control.
- Ability to handle cash handling responsibilities accurately while maintaining professionalism in cashiering duties.
- Experience with POS systems, purchasing processes, budgeting, marketing initiatives, and training & development programs.
- Exceptional math skills for sales analysis and financial reporting; effective time management is essential.
- Knowledge of recruiting techniques, interviewing skills, phone etiquette, and team supervision practices.
- A proactive attitude with organizational skills that foster a positive work environment; adaptability to changing priorities is key.
