Association for Recent Canadians NL is seeking a Diversity Shadow Project (DSP) Program Manager to lead a three-year settlement initiative in St. John's, NL.
The role focuses on inclusive support for newcomers, coordinating planning, budgeting, and stakeholder engagement, and turning input into practical service improvements. The role requires solid project management, equity and trauma-informed practices, and experience with evaluation, data collection and reporting.
