The Toronto Catholic District School Board (TCDSB) is seeking a temporary eighteen-month Coordinator, Return to Work- STSLDP within the Human Resources department. The role supports the board's rehabilitation program and modified work plans for STD/LTD absences in collaboration with disability case specialists.
You will develop, implement, and monitor Modified Work Plans, negotiate with physicians, carriers, and supervisors, and prepare reports for the committee.
