The Empress Hotel, part of Accor, invites a seasoned Stewarding Leader to join our Victoria kitchen team. You will lead, coach, and develop the Stewarding team, recruit, train, schedule, and manage performance.
You will maintain top cleanliness standards across kitchen, banquet, restaurant, and back-of-house, oversee dishwashing and inventory, champion food safety, and collaborate with Culinary, F&B;, Banquet, and Engineering to support daily operations and events.
