The Sydney Call Center is seeking a Remote Customer Service Representative to support inbound and outbound customer service and sales projects for a wide variety of clients. You will handle inquiries, troubleshoot basic technical issues, and deliver quality product and service experiences.
This is an entry-level role with on-the-job paid training. While prior call center experience isn’t required, a positive attitude and reliability are valued.
