Hyundai Auto Canada Corp. is seeking a Regional Field Technical Manager to serve as the field technical expert and liaison to Hyundai and Genesis dealership networks in Canada.
The role involves advanced technical support, in office visits, and collaboration with HyTAC, Customer Relations, and Quality Assurance to improve dealership service operations. You will diagnose complex vehicle concerns, perform root-cause analysis, and coach dealership technicians on diagnostics and repair strategies.
