Key Responsibilities:
• Adjudicate health and dental claims accurately and efficiently
• Answer member and provider inquiries with professionalism
• Process approximately 250 claims daily to meet productivity goals




• Apply standard processing rules for group perks claims
• Support colleagues by filing correspondence and assisting with inquiries
