Drive KPI-based quality performance, customer quality, warranty-cost reduction, non-quality-cost management, and continuous improvement. Strengthen quality culture, organizational capabilities, best-practice sharing, accountability, and continuous learning across an international organization. Degree in Engineering,



Computer Science, Quality Management, or a comparable field. Deep quality-management expertise spanning hardware, software, and services. Strong knowledge of software development lifecycles, testing, validation, and release processes incl. the understanding of cybersecurity principles and compliance requirements. Executive-level leadership with strong decision-making, implementation, customer orientation, and business insight. The confidence to challenge independently while building alignment across divergent interests and global teams.
