Location: Dawson Creek, BC
Salary: 39.75 hourly / 30 to 40 hours per week
Start time: Starts as soon as possible

Responsibilities
Develop and implement policies and procedures for daily front desk and night shift operations
Recruit, hire, train, and supervise front desk staff
Establish work schedules and assign duties to front desk employees
Conduct staff performance reviews and provide ongoing training
Oversee front desk operations during the night shift to ensure smooth and efficient service
Perform front desk duties, including guest check-in and check-out, reservations, and guest inquiries
Address and resolve guests’ complaints, concerns, and service issues in a qualified manner
Assist guests with special requests and special needs
Manage and coordinate events and facility bookings




Negotiate with clients regarding the use and booking of hotel facilities
Negotiate with suppliers for the provision of materials, supplies, and services
Arrange and oversee maintenance and repair activities
Organize and maintain inventory of front desk and operational supplies
Enforce company policies, procedures, and safety standards
Prepare shift reports and communicate key operational issues to management

Languages

Education

College/CEGEP or equivalent experience

Experience

1 year to less than 2 years

Computer and technology knowledge
