Empower Simcoe is looking for a dedicated Social Worker to provide innovative mental health services throughout Simcoe County. Ideal candidates will hold a Master's degree and have robust clinical skills.

This position requires at least three years of relevant experience in a mental health setting. Applicants must be registered with either the Ontario College of Social Workers or the College of Registered Psychotherapists. Experience with Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, family therapy, and clinical assessments will be solid assets.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct clinical assessments and formulate treatment plans
• Provide psychotherapy in accordance with the relevant acts
• Deliver services to children and adolescents facing challenges




• Engage in family therapy and group sessions as needed
• Manage travel and ensure compliance with driving requirements

Requirements:
• Master's or Bachelor's degree in Social Work or Health discipline
• Minimum 3 years experience in mental health
• Registration with relevant Ontario skilled bodies
• Valid Ontario driver's license and insurance
• Bilingual candidates preferred for enhanced communication
