You will direct bid strategy, oversee all cost estimates and collaborate across operations, engineering, procurement and project controls to craft winning pursuits. With 10+ years in heavy civil estimating, you will mentor a team, optimize processes, and drive value engineering while strengthening relationships with subs and clients.
