CIBC is seeking a Client Service Representative to work in a rapid-paced banking center, assisting clients with day-to-day banking needs and connecting them with the right specialists. You’ll be the first line of support, available for evenings and weekends, with flexibility to work at multiple centres within a reasonable travel distance.

You’ll engage clients to deliver outstanding service, solve problems, and promote digital banking tools, contributing to a positive client experience.
