Mama Shelter in Zurich is seeking an experienced kitchen manager to lead, train and develop a dynamic kitchen team. You will set up dishes, ensure quality service, and manage storage and food safety in a quick-paced, guest‑focused workplace.
You will collaborate with management on menu development, control costs, analyze figures, and translate recipes into explicit technical sheets. Fluency in English and German is valued to interact with a diverse guest mix.
