Fonemed seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead complex client implementation and transformation initiatives across healthcare, virtual care, telehealth, and digital health settings. You will coordinate between clients, operational leaders, clinical stakeholders, and technology teams to deliver projects on time, within scope, and on budget.
You will develop charters, plans, and governance, manage budgets and risks, and partner with executive sponsors to ensure success.
