Whitehorse General Hospital is seeking a Pharmacist in a part time, in office role (0.5 FTE) in Whitehorse, Yukon. The position offers an hourly pay range and reports to the Pharmacy Manager.
Responsibilities include medication distribution, pharmacotherapy monitoring, and participation in therapeutic planning to improve patient outcomes. The incumbent should have a PharmD/Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy, be licensed or eligible to licensure in Yukon, and PEBC certification; residency or Masters
