Twin Rivers Pulp Ltd., prides itself on its dedicated employees, the reputation of its high quality products, and its long-term customer relationships. For the Edmundston Pulp Mill, we are currently seeking a: Superintendent Recovery (Power Recovery Cogen) .
Promote and ensure a safe work environment with employee's participation
Plan, prioritize, coordinate, supervise, and review the activities in assigned area Power Recovery Cogeneration Department
Control operational activities while respecting environmental targets
Oversee powerhouse operations (boilers, steam, water systems, and utilities)
Plant shutdowns, inspections,



and preventive/corrective maintenance
Ensure compliance with all regulations and standards
Optimize equipment performance and reliability
Identify and lead energy efficiency and emission reduction projects
Track performance standards and recommend improvements
Ensure required training and certifications are up to date for all employees

Requirements:
Valid Class 2 Power Engineer certification (or working towards a Class 2)
5 - 10 years of experience in an industrial environment
Experience in team leadership and regulatory compliance
Any other combination of training and relevant experience may be considered
Bilingualism is an asset (French and English)
