Dixon Hall is seeking a Manager, Winter Programs in Toronto to lead the Shelter and Respite Services team. The role focuses on delivering high-quality services, building partnerships, and ensuring staff performance in line with the organization’s standards.

The position requires a post-secondary degree in social sciences or equivalent, plus several years in social services, and demonstrated leadership. The role operates Monday–Friday, 9:00 am–5:00 pm, with a base salary around $80,000 CAD.
