About The Role We are looking for a motivated, highly organized, and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to support our Sales team. This is a fast-paced role where accuracy matters in every document and every number, and where no two days look the same.

The role covers a wide range of tasks:



preparing quotations, processing purchase orders, keeping customer information up to date in our systems, producing administrative documents, and organizing business trips with all related bookings and documents. Much of this work is not standard. Most of our quotations (around 90%) are customized to each customer’s technical requirements, and documents, plans, and bookings often change several times before they are final.

The right person is patient, comfortable with frequent changes, and sees each revision as part of the job rather than a setback.
