We’re looking for a Full-Time Sales & Design Associate who enjoys working with people and takes pride in guiding clients through the design and purchasing process, from first conversation to final details.

Key Responsibilities

- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and budge
- Prepare accurate quotes and proposals
- Guide clients through product selections and options
- Work closely with internal design team members to ensure smooth project flow
- Coordinate with production and installation teams to ensure client satisfaction

Experience & Skills:

- 1–3 years of experience in sales or customer-facing role
- Self-driven with a strong focus on customer service
- Strong computer skills and ability to learn new software
- Experience in cabinetry, design,



or construction is an asset
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
