Key Responsibilities:
• Review conditions prior to funding approval
• Prepare construction draw calculations with senior staff




• Recommend funding draws based on project viability
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders
• Conduct occasional credit analysis on applications

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in finance or a related field (in progress)
• Experience in financial modeling and analysis
