In this role, you'll support men experiencing homelessness while encouraging life skills. Your primary responsibilities include conducting intake interviews, monitoring resident safety, and collaborating with the Spiritual and Religious Care team. You'll also help with administrative tasks such as record keeping and daily logs, all within a respectful, caring workplace.

Key Responsibilities:
• Handle admission and orientation of new residents
• Conduct intake interviews while gathering key information




• Monitor safety protocols and resident well-being
• Support administrative tasks, including log keeping
• Mediate conflicts among residents

Requirements:
• High school diploma with additional specialized training
• Police Information Check with Vulnerable Sector Search
• Standard First Aid certification with CPR
• Experience in social services preferred
• Strong listening and customer service skills
