Lonore Pizza, a renowned and authentic Italian restaurant in New Westminster, is seeking a skilled and passionate Pizza Chef to join our culinary team. As a Pizza Chef, you will be responsible for crafting and delivering exceptional Neapolitan-inspired pizzas to our valued guests. Your expertise in dough preparation, toppings selection, and stone-fired oven operation will play a key role in maintaining the high quality and consistency of our pizzas.

Skills
Prepare and hand-stretch pizza dough with precision and consistency.
Create delicious and visually appealing pizzas using high-quality ingredients.
Operate and maintain wood-fired pizza oven, ensuring optimal temperatures and baking times.




Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure smooth service.
Stay updated with industry trends and introduce cutting-edge pizza creations.

Requirements
Proven experience as a Pizza Chef or similar role, preferably in a Neapolitan-style pizzeria.
Profound knowledge of pizza dough making, stretching techniques, and wood-fired oven operation.
Ability to work in a quick-paced workplace while maintaining attention to detail.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
