Resident admissions, discharges, and transfers
Nursing assessments and care planning
Medication administration, treatments, wound care
Electronic charting (PointClickCare) & MDS
Collaboration with physicians, families,
and care teams
Palliative care
Delegation to unregulated care staff
Accurate documentation and workload organization
Requirements
Current BCCNM LPN registration
CPR/AED/First Aid
Robust communication and critical‑thinking skills
1+ year recent experience in LTC, assisted living, or geriatrics
Proficient with electronic documentation/eMAR
Fully vaccinated
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Compensation
Competitive hourly rates (approx. $85,000–$95,000 annually, based on hours worked)
