Staffmax is assisting our client in hiring dependable Production Associates for a 6-month contract. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy working in a quick-paced, hands-on environment and are committed to quality and teamwork.
Operate and monitor production line equipment safely and efficiently
Assemble, inspect, and package finished products to meet quality standards
Follow daily production schedules and meet targets
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Perform basic machine setups and troubleshoot issues
Complete documentation and report any discrepancies to supervisors
Adhere to all health and safety protocols
Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred
Physically fit and able to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs
Solid attention to detail and quality control
Dependable, punctual, and a strong team player
Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
