Responsibilities

- Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products or answering questions about merchandise.
- Conduct product demonstrations and explain features to help customers make informed purchasing decisions.
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately to process sales, returns, and exchanges while handling cash and card transactions securely.
- Engage in upselling techniques to promote additional products or services, increasing store revenue.
- Maintain organized merchandising displays to attract customer attention and optimize product placement.




- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries via phone or in person with professionalism and courtesy.
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure quick checkout lines and high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

- Multilingual abilities or bilingual proficiency are highly desirable to serve diverse customer needs.
- Previous experience in retail sales, cashiering, or technology sales is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain product features clearly and confidently.
- Basic math skills for cash handling, balancing registers, and processing transactions accurately.
- Knowledge of merchandising principles, POS systems, and retail operations is a plus.
- Excellent organizational skills and time management to handle multiple tasks efficiently during shifts.
- Customer service orientation with a friendly demeanor and phone etiquette skills to engage customers positively.
