You will work closely with the Area Sales Manager, ensuring all sales processes are adhered to while maintaining clear communication with realtors and homeowners. - Follow Anthem's sales process with the Area Sales Manager
- Maintain accurate prospecting notes and customer information




- Assist with contract preparation and processing
- Communicate proactively with homeowners through various stages
- Manage MLS listings and oversee closing procedures Requirements:
- Experience with CMS and Current Star (preferred)
- Strong understanding of the local market dynamics
- Rolodex of supportive realtors for project promotion
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
