Duties

- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their fueling needs and product inquiries
- Conduct engaging product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits of various merchandise
- Upsell additional products or services to enhance customer experience and increase sales
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately for cash handling and transactions
- Maintain organized merchandising displays to attract customer attention and promote featured items
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction




- Manage time effectively during busy periods to serve customers efficiently while maintaining store standards

Requirements

- Multilingual skills or bilingual ability to communicate with diverse customer groups is preferred
- Previous experience in retail sales, technology sales, or customer service is advantageous
- Ability to perform product demos confidently and explain technical features clearly
- Strong communication skills, active listening, and phone etiquette are essential for engaging with customers
- Basic math skills for cash handling, POS operation, and transaction accuracy
- Organizational skills to manage merchandising displays and maintain store cleanliness
- Demonstrated time management skills to prioritize tasks during high-volume periods
- A positive attitude with a passion for helping others and delivering exceptional service
