Housekeeping Assistant Manager Key Duties and Responsibilities: Supervise the work performed for guest rooms and common areas by cleaning staff
Train new staff of proper procedures and techniques
Ensure use of appropriate cleaning equipment, tools, and solutions to ensure clean and qualified finishes.
Cleaning of surfaces, vacuuming, linens, restocking supplies and other cleaning duties
Responding to guest concerns in an appropriate manner
Qualifications: (experience needed and education) Post secondary education in hotel management
Minimum 3 years of previous experience in hotel management or equivalent
Salary: $22.50/hour
Benefits: Group insurance benefits including dental, health and vision. Long term disability.
Job Type: Full time permanent position for a minimum of 32 hours per week
Language: Intermediate English speaking is required
