In this position, you will be a vital part of our dining services. Utilize your culinary skills, including large volume cooking and plating, to create delicious meals for residents. Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and plate meals adhering to dietary restrictions
• Maintain cleanliness in food prep areas and kitchen equipment
• Assist in inventory control and receiving orders
• Monitor food temperature checks and document as required
• Communicate effectively with residents and team members

Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years experience in large volume cooking
• Valid safe food handler's certificate
• Strong knife skills and baking knowledge
• Grade 12 education or equivalent
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
