Aecon is hiring a full time Project Administrator for the Shoreline Power Group project in Kincardine, Ontario. The role supports construction activities for the Major Component Replacement program at Bruce Power and reports to the Construction Technical Superintendent.
Responsibilities Process and transfer timesheets, equipment-use records, and personnel allowance documentation to Accounting.
Maintain organized document files and perform daily clerical and administrative work.
Support departments with client meetings, presentations, and meeting packages.
Create and submit purchase requisitions to the materials team.
Administer office, safety, and stationery supplies, and recommend improvements to administrative processes.
Carry out other related duties as required.
Qualifications Construction industry experience is an asset.




Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel; intermediate Word and Excel skills.
Accurate data entry and record keeping, attention to detail, organization, and discretion with confidential information.
Ability to work independently, multitask, and work effectively with site team members.
Available for rotational shift work and able to work using required personal protective equipment.
Strong communication skills, punctuality, and dependability.
Compensation Salary range: $50,000–$65,000 per year. Individual pay depends on factors including location, education, experience, skills, and job conditions.
