Lead finance and risk initiatives with the College of Naturopaths of Ontario. This hybrid role focuses on managing financial activities, IT systems, and enterprise risk management to enhance organizational effectiveness.

As the Manager of Finance and Risk, you will drive key operations that bolster the College’s mission in securing protected and ethical naturopathic care. The role requires expertise in financial management, IT oversight, and risk program development. You'll collaborate with committees and personnel to ensure efficient operation across these domains.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee all Accounts Payable and Receivable tasks
• Manage IT vendor relationships and procurement processes
• Develop and maintain the Enterprise Risk Management program




• Support the Finance, Audit, and Risk Committee activities
• Supervise operational activities of direct reports

Requirements:
• CPA or CRMP designation required
• Minimum five years of relevant financial experience
• Strong analytical, financial, and judgment skills
• Proficient in accounting and IT systems
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
