Love putting outfits together, helping people find their style, and turning new arrivals into must-watch Reels? You might be our next Sales Associate.

At Take It Outside / Trail Shop, outdoor meets everyday style. Think excellent layers, favourite brands, and outfits that take you from a coffee date to a weekend away. We’re looking for someone who can bring those looks to life—in the fitting room and on our feed.

WHO YOU ARE

You have an eye for style and love helping people feel confident in what they wear. You’re the friend who gets the “What should I wear?” texts, spots a outstanding new piece, and immediately thinks of three ways to style it.

You’re comfortable being on camera and behind it. Filming a try-on, sharing your favourite arrivals, or putting together a “style this with me” Reel sounds like your kind of work.

You’re also dependable, take initiative, and follow through. Whether you’re working with the team or handling things independently, you notice what needs doing and get it done.

Your day might include

- Helping customers build outfits, find their fit, and discover pieces they’ll love wearing.
- Delivering a welcoming, personal shopping experience while working toward sales goals.
- Filming and appearing in Reels, try-ons, outfit inspiration, and new-arrival videos.




- Bringing fresh social media ideas—and helping turn them into content.
- Learning our brands, collections, and product features so your recommendations combine style with function.
- Styling displays and keeping the store looking fresh, inviting, and ready to shop.
- Handling everyday store tasks and taking ownership of your work.
- Supporting in-store events, pop-ups, and community activities.

Retail, styling, or content creation experience is a plus. A great eye, a willingness to learn, and reliable follow-through matter too.
