High Street Cars is growing, and we are looking for 5 motivated OMVIC-registered Automotive Sales Consultants to join our team in Mississauga.

Our sales consultants average approximately 10 vehicles sold per month, with successful salespeople earning between $50,000 and $143,000 annually, depending on performance.

The Role

As an Automotive Sales Consultant, you will:

- Handle customers from initial inquiry through vehicle delivery
- Generate your own leads through prospecting, networking, referrals, and follow-up
- Respond to dealership-generated Internet, phone, and walk-in leads




- Build and maintain your personal customer pipeline
- Present vehicles and conduct test drives
- Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate vehicles
- Negotiate professionally and close vehicle sales
- Follow up consistently with unsold prospects
- Build long-term relationships and generate repeat/referral business
- Work closely with Finance and Management to structure and close deals
- Maintain accurate customer records
- Work toward and exceed monthly sales targets

What We're Looking For

Required

- Valid OMVIC registration
- Valid Ontario driver's licence
- Previous automotive sales experience preferred
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Strong follow-up skills
- Professional appearance and attitude
- Reliable transportation
- Comfortable working evenings and weekends
- Self-motivated and comfortable in a commission-based environment
