- Perform ad hoc analysis to address business needs and size NPD opportunities using internal and external benchmarks.
- Develop and implement standardized scorecards and business reporting dashboards.

Inventory, Replenishment & Supply Chain Management

- Lead regular touchpoints with McKesson and Walmart replenishment counterparts, coordinating with MCP’s Replenishment Team through weekly discussions and monthly or quarterly business reviews.

- Monitor Walmart store-level and regional warehouse inventory to ensure strong in-stock levels and healthy on-shelf availability.
- Troubleshoot fulfillment issues, resolve replenishment gaps, and support accurate order flow with customer logistics.
- Oversee end-to-end inventory movement, ensuring alignment between supply plans, POS trends, and sales forecasts.
- Support demand planning with pipeline, replenishment, promo, and NPD forecasting.
- Conduct seasonal and promotional analysis to optimize inventory and sales performance.

Retailer Reporting & Cross-Functional Collaboration

- Prepare Walmart-specific sales, inventory, and fill-rate reporting for buyer meetings, line reviews, and business updates.
- Own and develop the day-to-day working relationships with assigned McKesson and Walmart counterparts, serving as their primary contact for sales analysis, inventory, replenishment, and operational execution. Coordinate internal Sales, Inventory Flow, Marketing, and Demand Planning teams to deliver on agreed priorities.
- Proactively communicate performance, risks, and recommendations; agree on actions, owners, and timelines with counterparts
- Develop a deep understanding of Walmart’s omni-channel ecosystem and emerging retail trends.

Process Optimization · Continuously identify and implement improvements in reporting, forecasting, and supply chain processes to enhance efficiency and in-market performance.
