**Sales & Business Development Manager – Events & Experiential Marketing

Location: Vaughan, Ontario – In Person

Area: Jane & Rutherford / Vaughan Mills

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 10:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.

Compensation: $20/hour + Sales Commission

Lunch: Paid

We are a growing special events and experiential marketing company looking for a motivated, organized and sales-driven individual to join our team in Vaughan.

We provide interactive experiences for corporate events, conferences, trade shows, brand activations and private events, including photo booths, AI experiences, interactive technology, robots, photography, video and more.

The Role

Your primary responsibility will be to turn incoming opportunities into booked events while proactively developing new business.

Responsibilities include

- Responding to incoming sales inquiries
- Following up with leads by phone and email
- Making outbound sales calls and generating new business
- Preparing quotes and proposals
- Managing leads through our CRM/sales system
- Following up on outstanding proposals and opportunities
- Reconnecting with previous clients to generate repeat business
- Building relationships with corporate clients, event planners, agencies, hotels and venues
- Recommending, upselling and cross-selling event experiences
- Negotiating and closing sales
- Maintaining an organized sales pipeline
- Working toward sales targets and performance goals
- Coordinating with our operations team once an event is booked
- Providing regular updates on leads, proposals and closed business

Who We’re Looking For

Previous sales experience is required.





The ideal candidate is

- Confident and professional on the phone
- Comfortable making outbound sales calls
- Experienced with CRM or sales-management systems
- Strong at following up and closing opportunities
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple leads
- Professional in written and verbal communication
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
- Comfortable learning new technology and AI tools
- Reliable, punctual and results-driven

Experience in events, hospitality, experiential marketing, entertainment, advertising or corporate sales is a strong asset.

Compensation

$20/hour + sales commission

Lunch is paid.

This position offers additional earning potential through sales commission, along with opportunities for increased responsibility and compensation based on performance.
