$60,000 per year plus BONUS eligibility
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively solicit, develop, and qualify new business through telephone and email solicitation, outside sales calls, site inspections, sales trips, networking, trade shows, community events, and industry meetings to achieve individual and hotel revenue goals.
- Operationalize sold business by preparing accurate and comprehensive Banquet Event Orders (BEOs), Group Resumes, and supporting documentation. Ensure all client requirements, special requests, concessions, and operational details are communicated clearly and in a timely manner to the appropriate departments.
- Conduct targeted account research and analyze local market conditions, national accounts, customer needs, industry trends, and competitor activity to identify opportunities, grow market share, and maximize revenue.
- Respond to sales leads and client inquiries within four hours, preparing customized proposals, presentations, and solutions that meet client needs and align with hotel revenue objectives.
- Develop and execute quarterly sales plans, account strategies, and weekly activity reports, ensuring consistent follow-through on prospecting targets, sales activities, and annual revenue goals.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date account, contact, activity, and booking information in Delphi and PEP to support effective pipeline management, forecasting, and account development.
- Own the guest experience from initial inquiry through departure. We are not a “sell it and forget it” team. Sales Managers remain engaged throughout the client journey, working collaboratively with Operations and other hotel departments to ensure commitments are fulfilled,

- Monitor client satisfaction, service trends, and feedback; address concerns and collaborate with hotel departments to resolve issues and continuously improve the customer experience.

- Adhere to all applicable Manga policies, procedures, brand standards, and hotel operating guidelines.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Director of Sales or their designate.
