Sales Manager — No Limits Motorsports (Full Time)

About Us

No Limits Motorsports is a growing powersports dealership serving the Sea-to-Sky community. We carry some of the best brands in the industry — Ski-Doo, Sea-Doo, Can-Am, KTM, GASGAS, and Surron — and we’re proud to help riders get the most out of every season.

We’re looking for a motivated, hands-on Sales Manager to lead our sales team, grow revenue, and make sure every customer has an awesome experience.

What You’ll Do

- Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to hit and exceed targets
- Create a welcoming, high-energy showroom experience
- Manage inventory, pricing, merchandising, and displays
- Track leads and performance through dealership/CRM tools
- Work closely with Parts & Service for smooth customer handoffs
- Build strong relationships with new and repeat customers, fleets, and partners
- Support promotions, events, social/digital sales initiatives




- Ensure accurate paperwork and dealership process compliance

What We’re Looking For
- Proven success in sales leadership (dealership or retail is an asset)
- Strong communicator and team leader with a customer-first mindset
- Organized, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- Confident using sales systems and basic reporting
- Passion for powersports — bonus if you know Ski-Doo, Sea-Doo, Can-Am, KTM, GASGAS, or Surron
