Ryder System, Inc. in Mississauga, ON is seeking an Operations Management Trainee to support shop management and drive cost savings, customer retention, and metric-based initiatives. You will work cross-functionally across Operations, Asset Management, Sales, Quality, and Rental to optimize processes.
The role requires a Bachelor’s Degree and 1+ year in customer service with issue resolution experience, plus solid PC skills (Excel/Word). Relocation within the unit after training is required.
