WoodGreen Community Services is seeking a Case Manager to provide comprehensive case management and crisis support for tenants across multiple properties in Toronto. You will coordinate services, support extreme cleaning and pest control preparations, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to promote housing stability and well-being.
As part of the Living Standards Response Team, you will engage in trauma-informed practices, document progress, and refer clients to community resources
