Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate trade shows, conferences, and community events
• Manage event logistics including venue and vendor coordination




• Oversee event setup and troubleshoot in office requirements
• Order and distribute promotional materials within budget
• Ensure cross-functional communication for event alignment

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or Event Management preferred
• 1-3 years of relevant experience in marketing and events
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and Adobe Creative Suite
• Willingness to travel within Canada for events
