Qualico Group's Star Building Materials division in Edmonton seeks a Sales Manager to lead the sales force, develop targets, coach the team, and ensure exceptional customer experiences. The role requires solid leadership, strategic thinking, and a background in commerce or retail sales within building materials. You will monitor the market, create campaigns, review quotes and contracts, and drive process improvements while maintaining excellent client relations. Travel may be required.
