INDEPENDENT SALES CONTRACTOR

Wellness in Motion is growing — and we're looking for an experienced, driven sales professional to help take us to the next level.

We're looking for someone who knows how to open doors, build relationships, generate leads, close deals, and create revenue.

This is an Independent Contractor position with performance-based compensation. There is no salary cap and no limit to what you can earn. The more business you generate, the more you earn.

We're looking for someone who wants to build something, not simply collect a paycheque.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Your focus will be growing Wellness in Motion through corporate partnerships, senior/assisted living facilities, healthcare organizations, events, and residential opportunities.

Responsibilities include

- Prospecting and generating new leads
- Cold calling and warm outreach
- Building relationships with business owners and decision-makers
- Securing corporate wellness contracts
- Managing a strong sales pipeline
- Conducting sales presentations and meetings
- Following up and closing new accounts
- Identifying recurring business opportunities
- Developing strategic partnerships
- Attending networking events
- Tracking leads, opportunities, and conversions
- Working with our operations team to ensure a seamless client experience

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

This is not an entry-level sales position.

You should have

- Proven sales and business development experience
- Strong prospecting, cold-calling, and closing skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Confidence speaking with decision-makers
- Strong follow-up and relationship-building skills
- A competitive, entrepreneurial mindset
- The ability to work independently
- A results-driven attitude

Healthcare, wellness, corporate wellness, hospitality, events, B2B, medical, or service-based sales experience is an asset. If turning prospects into $5,000, $10,000, or $25,000+ accounts excites you, we want to meet you.
