Wall to Wall is looking for a full-time salesperson / kitchen designer / project manager apprentice to transition into this position within our company.

Roles and responsibilities of the job:

- Work with current salesperson meeting new clients, discussing their needs for the project, creating preliminary designs, and presenting preliminary designs to clients.
- Once a contract with new clients has been secured the position requires you to complete all the cabinet design work for any areas of the project that require cabinets. Areas typically include kitchen, bathrooms, home office, wet bar, master closets, built in furniture, great room fireplace surrounds and cabinets and any other areas that might require cabinets and millwork.
- Site measure and layout designs on job site.
- Work with contractor, custom home builder or client to ensure site rough ins line up with cabinet designs.
- Meet with installers to ensure the cabinets are installed exactly as required.
- Trouble shoot any issues that come up through out the job.

Required work experience and skills:

- Must have an excellent understanding of cabinet construction, wood working techniques and production shop equipment (willing to train).




- Previous kitchen design and construction knowledge.
- Must be able to read house plans, architectural drawings and kitchen plans.
- Experience in the new home building industry would be an asset.
- Must have excellent computer skills.
- Considerable experience using Microsoft Excel.
- Highly qualified and experienced using AutoCAD drafting software.
- Highly qualified and experienced using Sketchup design software.
- Able to use AutoCAD software
- Must be a creative individual able to trouble shoot and work through design challenges.
- A self-motivator with an energetic, positive attitude and a positive understanding of prospecting and closing skills.

- Willingness to LEARN, GROW and IMPROVE personal and professional SKILLS.
- Willingness to be trained as required.
- A sense of humor and superior communication skills are a must.
