We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Professional to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about building client relationships, driving revenue growth, and delivering exceptional service.

The Sales

Professional will play a key role in expanding our customer base and promoting our products and services through effective communication and strategic sales techniques. A strong understanding of sales processes, excellent interpersonal skills, and a proactive attitude are essential for success in this position.

Duties

- Identify potential clients and generate new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and outreach efforts
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business Present product features and benefits clearly to prospective customers, tailoring pitches to meet their needs
- Negotiate terms and close sales agreements efficiently while ensuring mutual satisfaction
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies and sales campaigns
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and follow-up tasks using CRM software
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify new opportunities for growth

Skills





- Proven experience in sales or customer service roles, preferably within the relevant industry Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
- Strong negotiation skills with a focus on achieving win-win outcomes
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to reaching targets and overcoming challenges
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced setting
- Familiarity with CRM systems or sales tracking tools is a plus
- Nice-to-have skills include knowledge of the industry’s products/services, basic marketing understanding, and proficiency in digital communication platforms

Pay: $900.00-$1,200.00 per week
