CW Impact Commercial Cleaning is looking for an experienced and motivated Commercial Cleaning Sales Representative to support new business development across Calgary and surrounding areas. The ideal candidate has a strong background in the commercial cleaning industry, hands-on knowledge of cleaning services, and experience in sales, quoting, or client relationship management.

This is a hands-on, client-facing role focused on identifying new business opportunities, securing commercial cleaning contracts, and building long-term relationships with property managers, facility directors, and business owners.

Duties

- Identify, prospect, and secure current commercial cleaning contracts, including offices, retail, industrial, healthcare, and institutional facilities.
- Generate leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and direct outreach to potential clients.
- Conduct site visits and walk-throughs to assess cleaning requirements and prepare accurate service estimates.
- Prepare competitive bids, cleaning quotes, and proposals tailored to client needs and building specifications.
- Provide preliminary quotes over the phone based on client requirements.
- Manage the sales process from initial contact and lead generation to pricing, proposals, negotiations, and contract signing.
- Analyze local market trends, customer requirements, and competitor pricing to identify new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Collaborate with cleaning supervisors and operations teams to ensure services meet client expectations.
- Address client questions and concerns throughout the sales and onboarding process.
- Meet sales targets and contribute to the company's overall business growth.




- Represent the company professionally at client meetings, networking events, and industry functions.

Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the commercial cleaning industry required.
- Previous experience in sales, business development, estimating, or client relationship management is strongly preferred.
- Strong understanding of commercial cleaning procedures, scopes of work, pricing, and service standards.
- Knowledge of specialized cleaning services, including floor stripping and waxing, carpet cleaning, and post-construction cleaning, is an asset.
- Ability to assess cleaning requirements, calculate service costs, and prepare accurate quotes.
- Comfortable providing preliminary estimates over the phone and conducting on-site assessments.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Valid driver's licence and access to a reliable personal vehicle are required.
- Must be willing and able to drive to client locations throughout Calgary and surrounding areas.
- Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently.
- Bachelor's degree in business or a related field is an asset, but not required.
- Must be legally authorized to work in Canada.
