We’re hiring Sales Representatives in Calgary to join our growing team as an authorized Rogers Sales Representative. You’ll connect with customers, understand what they need, and help them find the right Rogers products and services.

This is a people-focused sales role with structured training, ongoing coaching, and opportunities to take on additional responsibility as you develop.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Connect with new and existing customers to understand their needs
- Present Rogers products and services in a clear and professional way
- Recommend solutions based on each customer’s needs
- Build strong customer relationships and provide a positive experience
- Follow up with prospects and manage your sales pipeline
- Work toward individual and team sales goals
- Keep accurate customer and sales information in our CRM
- Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and coaching
- Stay informed about current products, promotions, and services
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment
