Duties

- Greet customers warmly and identify their needs through active listening and engaging conversation
- Demonstrate product features through compelling product demos, highlighting benefits and technical specifications
- Conduct upselling by recommending additional products or services that meet customer needs
- Manage cash handling, POS (Point of Sale) transactions, and basic math calculations accurately
- Maintain merchandising standards, ensuring products are well-organized, labeled, and visually appealing
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing questions, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring satisfaction
- Utilize strong communication skills to explain product details clearly and effectively over the phone or in person




- Manage time efficiently to serve multiple customers while maintaining organizational skills for inventory and sales records

Experience

- Prior experience in retail sales or technology sales is preferred but not required; we value enthusiasm and willingness to learn
- Technical sales experience involving product demos or explaining complex features is a plus
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to connect with diverse customer bases
- Demonstrated customer service skills with a focus on positive interactions and problem-solving
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling, POS transactions, and inventory management
- Strong communication skills, including phone etiquette and active listening capabilities
- Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
